Creates an obsession with body image.
You have to spend a lot of time with prissy girls.
Everyone else will be obsessed with your body.
Broken toes, ankle, shin splits.
Takes too long to get undressed to go to the bathroom.
You have to wear a ton of makeup.
You can’t eat lots of cookies and cakes and madelines.

She’s too short.
She’s too tall.
It hurts her feet (it really will)
Doesn’t like tutus
Can’t jump high enough
Doesn’t like to turn her feet into a plei
Tired of having her hair in a bun.

Hey Randy,

I look in on your blog from time to time and was amused by your mention of Fredicksburg Bible Church. I don’t know that church, but we visited Fredicksburg a few years back while working in Texas. It was Founders Day and we were there because my ancestor’s were among the original founders. They founded Luckenbach too. German immigrants. Glad to hear there’s a great church there.
Enjoyed your post. Hope the family is doing well.

Well, I would definitely say the things I have saved are the hand-written letters. Sometimes, though, I save an email for a long time. Usually until I have some sort of system problem and lose it. Yes, personal hand-written notes are nice. But I’ll take an email too!

I love that “cash for cluckers” most awesome.

This year we got the ‘widows and orphans fund” from y’all. Then Mike got sheep from my mom and the “women of afganistan” from Tahni. All in all a most awesome Christmas given in our name.
