I do have the personal conviction though that all my righteousness is in Christ in God, therefore i am righteous even though i may sin from time to time.. When u start trying to be self-righteous by not being submissive to God's power to make u Holy but trying in your own human strength to be Holy then u end up being judgemental.. To recap a few: We are all sinners and yes we still sin even as Christians. Yep, we have a new identity in Christ with tremendous blessings. Also, what we say about who we are will affect how we live. My thoughts. Therefore a believer should dwell on who they are in Christ and meditate on that. (Ephesians the whole book) However, at the same time the longer we are a Christian we should sin less frequently (as we repent and confess known sin), while at the same time becoming more aware of sin in our lives. I have often wondered why Paul didn't say, "of whom I was the foremost." He speaks in the present tense, not the past. Therefore a believer should dwell on who they are in Christ and meditate on that.
